Today was the original release date for The Arghan Whigs' retrospective, "Unbreakable"...but looks like its been pushed back to June 5th. While over at Summer's Kiss, I also saw mention of a "tribute" album for the Whigs? If I didn't misread it and somebody has info...please let me/us know.
The Whig gods must have been looking down on me last night because I came across a .rar file of Afghan "rarities" which has all kinds of good stuff...tracks I'd NEVER heard before. I can't wait to listen to more this evening. I haven't uploaded any of the stuff I found yet...but I did upload this cover that was somehow lost during my "iTunes crashed I have to start all over" trauma.
What. an. EXCELLENT. Cover!......and live at that! The Afghan Whigs RULE! (for a broken up never gonna tour again band)
