My first batch are tracks shout out to those thingies with the metacarpals...
Where would we be without them...(and a special shout out to the thumb, yo!)

First up is The Mighty Lemon Drops...Not my favorite track (this is) but a close 2nd. I've recently heard some live stuff from them and wish I'd had the chance to see them!
Love me some Groove Armada...so many of their tracks sound like completely different genres (least to me)
...and one of my favorite (of many) Smiths tracks....
and saving the best (esp. the Sinead) for last...I'll round ya out with some (more) 80s goodness...

Surprisingly... I don't already own this soundtrack and couldn't find this track online...(yet)...but it always reminds me of Spring...all that stamen/pistil/pollination talk...heh.
And speaking of pollen...dudes...are you as covered as we here in Raleighwood? My poor Lucy is starting to look like a yellow lab. I'll be glad when its gone!

First up I'm going with one that always reminds me of moving.

And for the crankster...I have the original but is a protected file and I'm too lazy to go hunting...but I do have this from Gnarls in Charge to get ya by...

Might as well throw in some Afghan Whigs...I mean they are one of the greatest bands evah! Plus "Going to Town" always reminds me of old Southern 'speak'...
and again I make you cringe and/or get that reminiscing glazed eyes look with a few from our past....
Freakin' love me some Outfield! Yeah, I said it! (Much love for "Play Deep")
Now that's some chemistry!

And now for some basic chemistry (in my case at least) A track from some (used to be) locals....The Comas
Shouldn't this be -- "Science is Au-n" Heh. The album tiltle is even scientifical....Gravity Won't Get You High...woot!
And a post by me isn't complete without a bit of the 80s. Dude! Thomas Dolby was on it in '82...Wireless! You da Man!
First up....How Long Do I Have To Wait for You? (to fix your shit, VOX)
I've posted a remix of this song before...but here's the original.
*sigh* I really need to see this woman LIVE!

How's It Gonna Be?(, VOX when all the people are gone?)
Ok...so maybe it was the general theme of a dude looking for sex with a prostitute (or if it was a free, a nympho)
Or it could be specific lyrics like:
"....wonder how many men released their frustrations between her thighs..."
or
"...lying on her back with her lips parted, squealing like a stuffed pig..."
Could be.
